Another Brookhaven Renovation by The Peters Company

Over the past year, Andy and I have thoroughly enjoyed representing buyers wanting to do a renovation project either for an investment or their own personal residence.  It’s truly been a thrill for us seeing the transformation.  It’s like the ugly duckling turning into a beautiful swan!  Most recently, we decided to take advantage of the market ourselves and do our very own renovation project!  We closed on this Ashford Park foreclosure in 2 weeks and we hit the ground running with renovations.  Currently, the 2nd floor is being framed in and we should have the roof on by the weekend. 

Check out this photo above.  This is 3007 Surrey Lane prior to the renovation!  Keep in mind, this house was in rough shape.  The siding was rotting out, the chimney had active leaks, and the home had no central A/C. 

Check out this photo above!  This is Week One of our Ashford Park Renovation Project.  The demolition was in full swing.  After much thought, our contractors decided to remove all the framing for the original structure and re-frame so the main level living would have 9 foot ceilings and could support the second story.  This week, we are onto framing!
