Andy Peters
Andy Peters is the Operating Partner of Legacy, a network of Keller Williams Realty franchises representing nearly 3,000 agents across Georgia and the Carolinas. Under his leadership, three of the Georgia Legacy Group’s market centers consistently rank among the top 50 in profitability nationwide, with KW North Atlanta achieving the #1 ranking in the world in 2023 and #1 in the US in 2024. A national real estate trainer, Andy specializes in team growth, marketing, and listings, and alongside his wife and business partner Lesley, is a member of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group.

Born and raised in Macon, Andy has deep roots across Georgia, with time spent living and working in Atlanta, Savannah, and beyond. He graduated from Marist School in Atlanta and earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Furman University in Greenville, SC. Before real estate, he built a career in sales leadership at Aqua Koolers of Georgia, later acquired by Quench USA. In 2008, he joined Lesley to launch The Peters Company, which grew into a top 1% real estate team nationally for more than a decade.

Beyond business, Andy is passionate about supporting charities that work to prevent homelessness. A lifelong Atlanta Braves fan, he also enjoys collecting guitars, rare bourbon, and sports cards. Andy and Lesley now call the Georgia coast home, splitting their time between Savannah and Atlanta with their two teenagers and two dogs.

Lesley Peters
Lesley Peters is a teacher at heart and a leader by trade. After earning her B.A. in Business Administration from Furman University and a Master’s in Teaching from Oglethorpe University, she spent five years teaching first grade before discovering her true passion—real estate. In her first full year, she closed 23 transactions and was named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Peachtree Road.
As her business grew, Lesley built The Peters Company to deliver the same exceptional service she had become known for. Over 17 years, she held nearly every role within the team—earning the title of “Swiss Army knife” from her husband and business partner, Andy. Under her leadership, The Peters Company ranked in the top 1% of real estate teams nationally for 11 consecutive years.

Today, Lesley leverages her dual passions for teaching and real estate as co-owner of Legacy, leading, coaching, and training nearly 3,000 Keller Williams agents across multiple states. She is a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer, former MAPS Coach, and a proud member of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind Group.

Lesley’s lifelong mission is to create opportunities through real estate while helping others achieve more than they imagined possible. She divides her time between Atlanta, Coastal Georgia, and the Carolinas with Andy, their two incredible children, and two very average dogs.


John Morgan Peters
John Morgan Peters is an emerging real estate professional with a strong foundation in residential brokerage and a passion for real estate, finance, and development. A licensed realtor and second-generation real estate entrepreneur, John Morgan has been immersed in the industry since childhood, learning the business from the inside out through firsthand experience with client service, operations, and market strategy.​ With a keen interest in brokerage growth and real estate investing, John Morgan is passionate about building systems, scaling businesses, and reimagining how brokerages can deliver value across markets.

John Morgan is attending the SMU Cox School of Business, where he plans to major in finance as part of the Hilltop Scholars Program. His goal is to bridge the gap between practical real estate knowledge and advanced financial training, leveraging tools such as modeling, economics, and data analysis to build a future in brokerage, development, and M&A

Raised in Georgia and shaped by time spent working in Savannah, Atlanta, and the broader Georgia market, John Morgan has a deep appreciation for how real estate can transform communities and drive long-term economic growth. His long-term ambition is to lead a firm that builds lasting impact, combining innovation with integrity and preserving legacy in the process.​
