This past week marked a very special milestone in my career—I was invited into Keller Williams University's Master Faculty.
For as long as I can remember, I have admired the men and women who held this highly esteemed designation. These leaders are the ambassadors and legendary teachers of Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world. Their mastery of our models and systems, combined with their ability to inspire in the classroom, has always set them apart. To be among them now feels surreal and deeply humbling.
As Andy shared so beautifully, “Their mastery of the systems and models of KW, as well as their command of the classroom, puts them in rarified air. It takes years, decades even, to reach this level. Today, there are around 50 amongst our 165,000+ agents worldwide.”
To be one of just 50 today is an honor I don’t take lightly. This designation isn’t just about teaching classes—it’s about equipping leaders, empowering agents, and advancing the mission of Keller Williams: helping people build big businesses and even bigger lives.
My journey to this point has been filled with learning, failing forward, and growing alongside so many incredible people. From my early years in the classroom as a kindergarten and first-grade teacher to the adventure of starting The Peters Company, to serving as a MAPS coach and KWU instructor—teaching has always been at the heart of my calling. This next chapter is an extension of that passion.
Thank you to all who have poured into me along the way. I’m so excited for the opportunity to now pour into others at this level.
Here’s to the next season of teaching, leading, and helping others soar.
—Lesley
